Novus Digital started in Alex's spare bedroom back in 2018. Since then, it's grown through Covid, office moves, countless Google updates and, somewhere along the way, twin boys. As Managing Director and SEO Director, Alex spends his time shaping strategy, keeping pace with the ever-changing search landscape and making sure every campaign is focused on delivering real business growth, not just rankings. If Google's changing something or there's a new AI feature making waves, chances are Alex's already been testing it. Despite running the business, he still manages a selection of client campaigns because he enjoys staying hands-on and close to the work.
