Ami leads Novus Digital's content team, making sure every piece of content has a clear purpose, supports the wider SEO strategy and genuinely reflects each client's brand. She spends her time understanding businesses inside out before turning that knowledge into content that answers real questions, builds authority and helps clients grow organically. Ami is often planning content strategies, reviewing copy or supporting the team internally, bringing creativity and organisation to everything she does. At Novus since: 2022 

Head of Operations

If there's a process that can be improved, automated or made more efficient, Ashutosh has already started working on it. He is the one keeping the engine of Novus running smoothly. From overseeing delivery and improving internal systems to implementing technical SEO improvements and streamlining workflows with AI, he makes sure every campaign is delivered to the highest possible standard. Highly analytical and incredibly detail-oriented, Ashutosh loves turning data into smarter ways of working. At Novus since: 2021

SEO Account Executive

Charlotte has the important role of keeping our campaigns moving behind the scenes. Working across a wide range of client accounts, she helps coordinate content, implement SEO recommendations and spot new opportunities to help businesses grow online. Uploading content, carrying out keyword research and strategy reviews are just some of what's involved in Charlotte's day-to-day. She's the one making sure the finer details don't get missed.  At Novus since: 2025

SEO Account Manager

Working closely with clients  from day 1, Liv's job is to make sure campaigns are delivering results and clients are happy.  From spotting new opportunities, refining our strategy and collaborating with the content team, she's making sure every recommendation or fix has a purpose. She believes that great SEO isn't just about getting people to your website, but making sure they find what they're looking for and have a positive experience once they're there. There's a good chance that your content approval reminders, campaign updates, monthly reports and strategy emails will come from Liv! At Novus since: 2023 

Managing Director & SEO Director

Novus Digital started in Alex's spare bedroom back in 2018. Since then, it's grown through Covid, office moves, countless Google updates and, somewhere along the way, twin boys. As Managing Director and SEO Director, Alex spends his time shaping strategy, keeping pace with the ever-changing search landscape and making sure every campaign is focused on delivering real business growth, not just rankings. If Google's changing something or there's a new AI feature making waves, chances are Alex's already been testing it. Despite running the business, he still manages a selection of client campaigns because he enjoys staying hands-on and close to the work. Of course, as the founder, he also gets volunteered for all the jobs nobody else wants. At Novus since: Day 1
